Delivery charges start from PKR 350 for small parcels. Shipping charges may vary depending on the weight and size of the parcel as well as the delivery location. The final delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of order

Orders are dispatched once they have been processed and prepared for delivery. Estimated delivery time is generally 8-12 working days depending on the destination and courier service. Customized and made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched you may receive tracking details through the contact information provided with your order. Customers are responsible for keeping their contact details accurate and available for courier communication

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable refuses the parcel or provides incorrect contact or address details additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch

Customized orders are prepared according to the details confirmed by the customer. Customized orders may require additional processing and delivery time and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind or preference
